Catherine King Brings Industry/Specialty Business/Local Market Depth and Track Record

London, England, July 12, 2010 – Hudson (Nasdaq: HHGP) today introduced Catherine King, former Adecco Group and Kelly Services senior operating executive, as its new UK/Ireland/Middle East (Dubai) CEO and a member of the company’s global senior leadership team. Reporting directly to Hudson Highland Group Chairman and CEO Jon Chait, King will be responsible for the management and profitable growth of Hudson’s UK, Ireland and Dubai operations. Most recently, King served as the chief executive officer of Adecco’s $2 billion UK and Ireland business, comprised of six core recruitment brands serving the commercial and professional markets. Previously, she led Kelly Services’ UK/Ireland division, and prior to that, ran Kelly’s U.S. and Canadian operations, respectively. During her career, King has sold, serviced and led professional specialty businesses in finance and accounting, Legal, IT, Engineering, Scientific, Creative and Education disciplines, among them Jonathan Wren, Ajilon Consulting, Roevin Engineering & Scientific, and Computer People.
